Protecting your privacy is incredibly important to us. This Privacy Policy explains our policy regarding the collection, use, disclosure and transfer of your information when you use our Services. By using iHomework, you accept and agree to our information practices described below.
When interacting with your iHomework account through our application on any platform, all requests are sent over HTTPS in order to protect your information.
When you sign up for an iHomework account you must provide an email address. We require your email address for the following reasons:
Your email address is never shared with any third parties.
After creating your iHomework account, you may optionally provide personally identifiable information ("PII"), which is information that can be used to identify or contact you. This information includes your name, where you go to school, and your current grade. This information is not shared with any third parties. We reserve the right to use this information in the future to connect you with iHomework users that share common PII.
We use appropriate measures to protect the security of your personal information both online and offline. These measures vary based on the sensitivity of the information that we collect, process and store and the current state of technology. Please note though that no service is completely secure. So, while we strive to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee that unauthorized access, hacking, data loss or a data breach will never occur.
iHomework adheres and upholds the regulations set forth in the Children's online protection and privacy act.
You must be at least 13 years old to create an iHomework account. For users under the age of 13, the parent or guardian is responsible for understanding and agrees to the Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

When you create an iHomework account, you must create a strong password. Passwords can be reset at any time by visiting the sign in screen and clicking "Forgot password?". When creating a password, keep in mind the following:
Passwords are encrypted and stored in our database(s). Your password will never be shared nor emailed to you. We will never ask you for your password in any form of communication other than when signing into your account.
If you have created an iHomework account we will delete that account and your personal data upon your request or 30 days after it has become inactive. We will consider your account ‘inactive’ when you haven’t used your iHomework account period of 2 years. Before your account becomes inactive, we will notify you to use your iHomework account to prevent your account from being inactive. When we cancel your account, your personal data will be deleted. Also, if we need to store certain types of your personal data for a longer period due to legal requirements, we will store such data in accordance with the mandatory periods.
You can contact support at paulsapps@pilone.org any time to request the deletion of your iHomework account.
iHomework retains your personal data for as long as required to satisfy the purpose for which they were collected and used (for example to provide you with customer service, answer queries or resolve technical problems, etc.), unless a longer period is necessary for our legal obligations or to defend a legal claim.
iHomework uses Flurry, a Yahoo product, to collect anonymous information about application usage. Any information gathered in this way can not and will not identify you and is strictly used to better understand and improve the iHomework experience. You can view the Flurry Privacy Policy for additional information.
